As a buyer I would ensure possessing the right to reject goods which are not in the state in which they were promised to be transported/sold by the seller. Moreover, I would also include a clause wherein I would have to completely reject the acceptance of the transported goods to me because the goods could be damaged, broken or contaminated. Therefore, as a buyer I should have the sole right and the absolute authority to reject the transported goods to me if I find that the transported goods are not in good condition.
